Our fudge combines the decadent pleasures of the texture and firmness of a fudge with the smooth and creamy indulgence of a truffle. We use only the finest, freshest ingredients – organic butter and sugar, pure extracts, sulfite-free dried fruits, and roasted nuts. Each delicious piece is completely enrobed in European White or Dark chocolate that has a delightful ‘snap’ when you bite into it.
