Our popcorn has a light and fluffy beginning: it's air popped! Then we coat each kernel in our own recipe of organic butter, brown sugar, pure vanilla, and the rest is a delightful secret. The end result is an incredibly crunchy, buttery, fresh and perfect "caramel corn."
Then we make it even better! We add all the extras, like sweet and tart cranberries and roasted pecans, whole dried Montmorency cherries and roasted-salted pistachios, roasted almonds grown in California's famous Central Valley, and homemade cream-dreamy caramel. All of these ingredients, including our Dark chocolate 55% cacao, are in the top 20 foods that have been found to be highest in vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants. There are no preservatives, sulfites or trans-fats = just the finest ingredients mixed with a lot of love and devotion.
